Inertia Personal Training is training unique as you are. 

We have 4 main programs:

  • Mass Factor - The definition of definition. If you are looking to add muscle to your frame or looking to bulk up I have the ideal program for you.
  • Extreme Fat Loss - If you are ready to commit to finally loosing the weight, I can help you succeed! I will help you every step of the way from diet to motivation. You can do it, and I will help! Earn the body you dream of.
  • 8 week body - Commit 8 weeks to me and I guarantee you a brand new body. You will go from flab to fab in no time at all.
  • 20 min Workout. - You can no longer say that you do not have the time to workout. Give me a simple 20min a day three times a week, and I will show you the results you long for.  

However everyone is different, I would be happy to sit down with you, and design one that fits you best.  Maybe it’s "Lose those last 10lbs program." Or "triathlon training".  Whatever you want I will deliver.  Every 4 weeks I'll sit down with you to re-evaluate your goals.  Maybe you decided you want to focus on more core exercises or want to improve your tennis game.  I'll be glad to change your program in any way. As your personal trainer I'll be sure to make every workout different so that your body never adapts and constantly gets more efficient. Rates start at just $25 per session!
